**JOB SCOPE**:
- Ensure appropriate merchandise display, assist customers as needed, and handle transactions like sales and returns.
- Approach and engage with all store customers to increase customer satisfaction and sales in line with company goals and values.
- Work with the team to follow relevant SOPs and ensure smooth and efficient store operations that promote and protect the company's business interests.
- Work with the team to keep the sales floor area clean and organized, display merchandise in accordance with brand guidelines, and maintain safety, security, and audit compliance standards.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records, submit regular reports to track progress and effectiveness, and ensure activities align with the company's overall strategy.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must possess at least a high-school diploma (SPM)
- Prior experience is not necessary, but you are required to have good communication skills, a warm and friendly personality, and self-confidence to approach and engage with customers.
**Salary**: Up to RM2,400.00 per month
