**1. E-Invoicing Implementation**:E-invoicing is to be implemented Jan 24, she is the person who update the LN Info system with 672 active customer profile of e invoicing requirement & checking/monitoring on the e-invoicing system issue.

**3. Credit and Debit Note Issuance**: Averagely processes around 318 credit notes and 3. debit notes in a month, essential for managing transactions like goods returns, warranty claims, and prompt payment to our customer.

**4. Customer and Supplier Profile Management**: She is responsible for creating and maintaining new profiles our system.

**5. Journal Voucher Preparation**: Her job roles include assist to prepare journal vouchers to accurately record accounting entries to meet closing deadline. adherence to Vendor

**8. Stock Management**: She also manage stock adjustments, including warehouse movements, cycle counts, and annual stock takes, ensuring optimal inventory management.

**9. Direct Shipment Coordination**:Supplier directly delivery to TCIM need immediately captured in inventory in order to bill out with deliver order provide to get TCIM acknowledged

**10. Stock Conversion Management**: - Stock conversion from Child to set for billing.
- a) Icecool business growing internal and external
- b) Convert the item for Marketing promotion
- c) Convert the 200L drum to small pack for sell

Mostly stock conversion is very urgent and have to be done by the same day. With the upcoming opening of our Ironman Platinum store, we anticipate increased volumes for stock conversion and transactions.
