1. Control documentation system as per management requirements.

2. Manage daily management files, to receive and transmit docs/information with staff, vendors or clients.

3. Coordinate documentations flow process, delivery and return of document in a timely manner.

4. Maintain and updated records of all approve documents.

5. Ensure the incoming and outgoing documents been signed or endorsed by respective signatories.

6. Manage accuracy of documentation and minimize error by maintaining an efficient filing system.

7. Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.

8. Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of the agreements.

9. Responsible for daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

10. Provide full cooperation at all times for QA group internal / external and third-party audits.

11. Ensure the timely release of documentation and provide appropriate notification to.

12. Assist prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations.

13. Conduct incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection.

14. Create, maintain and submissions of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation.

15. Study and analyses customers ‘complaints and problems encountered by workers.

16. Ensure all quality records and documentations are up to date.

17. Perform any ad hoc task assigned from time to time.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
