**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for safety, hygiene and correct use of equipment and utensils
- To conduct stock count and assist Chef / Kitchen Lead in daily activities
- Assisting the Cook with the preparation of meal ingredients, which includes washing, cleaning, peeling, cutting, vegetables, and meat.
- Assist in food preparation according to restaurant standards
- Assisting with the unloading of delivered food supplies.
