Must be willing to work according to shift schedules. - Well disciplined and able to work efficiently in a team with a positive attitude. - Minimum 1-2 years relevant working experience from culinary are encouraged. - Oversee and participate in the preparation, cooking & serving of main meals, snacks, desserts etc. in accordance to restaurant menus. - Ensure quantities to be cooked and size of portions to be served according to restaurant standard operating procedures. - Check quantity and quality of stocks received and notify suppliers of deficiencies. - Ensure all cooking mis-en-plus are properly maintained and refill one hour before restaurant operation. - To perform checklist for market list on daily basis and as & when required. - To ensure kitchen and other relevant areas are kept clean at all time. - To strictly follow Food & Hygiene regulations.
