Key Responsibilities:

- **Assist in Daily Classroom Management**

Support teachers with classroom routines such as activity setup, transitions, and cleanup.
- **Support Teaching and Learning Activities**

Prepare and organise materials for lessons, crafts, storytelling, and group work.
- **Student Engagement and Guidance**

Work directly with children, assist with tasks, and encourage participation and focus.
- **Monitor Student Safety and Well-being**

Ensure a safe, clean, and caring environment by being attentive to children’s needs.
- **Promote Positive Behavior and Social Skills**

Encourage respectful interactions and help children build friendships and emotional intelligence.
- **Assist with Assessments and Observations**

Observe and report on children’s progress and assist teachers in documentation.
- **Collaborate with the Teaching Team**

Communicate effectively with teachers and participate in staff meetings and planning sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in **Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology**, or a related field
- Passionate about working with children
- Responsible, patient, and able to work in a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to learn and take initiative
