**Job Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Warehouse Assistant** to join our operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our warehouse, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting fulfillment for online orders across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Receive, unpack, and inspect incoming stock deliveries
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with speed and accuracy
- Manage daily outbound deliveries and coordinate with couriers
- Ensure proper labelling and safe storage of all goods
- Perform routine stock counts and help maintain inventory accuracy in the system
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
- Support in handling product returns and restocking
- Assist with livestream or campaign logistics (e.g., packing campaign bundles, stock prep for TikTok live)

**Requirements**:

- Minimum SPM or equivalent; warehouse or logistics experience is an advantage
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg packages when needed
- Basic knowledge of warehouse systems or e-commerce operations is a plus
- Good time management, responsibility, and teamwork spirit
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
