Sales Executive

**Working hours**: Monday to Friday ( 9.00AM - 6.00PM )
**Location**:No 23, Jalan Melaka 42000, Port Klang
- Identify and target potential clients in the logistics industry through market research, networking, and cold calling.
- Generate new leads and opportunities through proactive outreach efforts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Conduct regular check-ins and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales and other team members to identify market trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for growth.
- Continuously evaluate and refine sales strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition of our logistics solutions.
- Customize proposals to address the specific needs and challenges of each client.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure new contracts, renewals, and expansions.
- Drive the sales process from initial contact to contract signing, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication throughout.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Customer
- Service, and Finance, to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide input and feedback to support product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Generate regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month

**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
