Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

In this role, you will ensure the proper delivery of SAP implementation topics for specific template enhancement initiatives. You will be engaged in technical aspects of delivery (e.g. transport management, technical cutovers, etc). You will also be leading a scrum team and cooperating with Product Owner to deliver quality deliverables of a high business value. You will report to the Delivery Manager within the global team.
- Tracks project performance, specifically to ensure the successful completion of short and long-term project goals
- Communicates project status and risks to stakeholders and leadership team on a regular basis
- Works with Product Managers and Product Owners to prioritize Product backlog
- Ensure timely completion of high quality and thoroughly documented deliverables
- Coordinates technical cut-over and post Go-live activities
- Facilitates/participates in key Agile/SAFe events (PI Planning, scope refinement, retrospectives).
- Removes impediments for development team as they come up.
- Manages multiple projects at once
- Helps establish and improve project delivery processes within the company.
- Serves as agile champion within the development team and ensures developers understand agile best practices.
- Evolves agile and lean techniques through the practice of continuous improvement.
- Above all else, fosters a collaborative team environment driven to build great software while having fun.

What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience
- CSM/PSM/CLP certification would be a plus
- Gained Agile Project Manager experience (2-3 years expected)
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Agile and/or SCRUM approach;
- Practical knowledge of SAFe will be an asset;
