QA Technician

Responsibilities:

- To perform quality safety parameters for wire and cable products.
- Raw material, incoming packaging material
- To ensure the routine testing is comply to the quality plan and SOP.
- To perform immediate action to address non-conforming quality attribute(s) as according to out of spec SOPs to minimize quantity of non-conforming product. Follow up the issue and monitor regularly at the production line.
- To perform equipment in-house calibrations, testing and preventive maintenance done on timely manner.
- Responsible for good laboratory hygiene and practices, 5S, TQM, GMP & schedule waste disposal.
- Responsible for data entry, perform daily which is required to be accurate for analysis and reporting purpose
- Perform assigned duties by the Shift Executive / Manager within a given time frame.
- Able to act & perform immediate action to address non-conforming quality attribute(s) as according to out of spec SOPs to minimize qty of non-conforming product.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Willing to work in shift-based operations and a fast-moving environment.
- Fresh graduates with strong technical background are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
