**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Entry**: Accurately input customer details, transaction information, and other relevant data into the bank's systems.
- **Verify Data**: Ensure the accuracy and completeness of information by reviewing data for errors or inconsistencies and resolving any discrepancies.
- **Update Records**: Regularly update databases with new information, modifications, or corrections as necessary.
- **Maintain Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive banking and customer information with discretion and in compliance with data privacy regulations.
- **Document Management**: Organize and manage electronic or physical records and files to facilitate easy retrieval.
- **Reporting**: Generate and compile data reports as requested by management or other departments.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service, compliance, and finance, to ensure seamless data flow and correct information.
- **Compliance**: Ensure data entry processes comply with regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- **Handle Queries**: Address and resolve any data-related queries or issues as they arise.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **SPM or Diploma holder**:

- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office** (especially Excel and Word) and data entry software.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional accuracy in data entry and proofreading.
- **Typing Speed**: Ability to type quickly and efficiently (typically 40-60 WPM is preferred).
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work.
- **Communication Skills**: Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
- **Time Management**: Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
- **Confidentiality**: Knowledge of data security best practices and banking privacy standards.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,400.00 per month
