**Financial Management**
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Oversee the reconciliation of financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor cash flow to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and clubhouse needs.

**Membership Management**
- Oversee the financial aspects of clubhouse membership, including billing, payments, and record-keeping.
- Collaborate with the Membership Team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of membership fees.
- Maintain accurate membership data in the system and generate reports for management review.
- Handle member inquiries related to billing and payments, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Support promotional activities and membership drives by providing financial insights.

**Internal Controls and Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor internal control procedures, including membership-related processes.
- Support audits and provide required documentation.

**Team Supervision and Development**
- Supervise and mentor finance team members, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with recruitment and performance evaluations for finance staff

**Systems and Processes**
- Maintain and enhance financial systems to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Participate in system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure the seamless integration of membership financial processes into the overall system.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Handle ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting, including membership-related data.
- Assist with special projects such as financial modeling, strategic planning, or membership growth strategies.
- Act as a backup for the Financial Controller when required.
