**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Ensure the outlets operation is in accordance to the company’s SOP
- Ensure all products sold with proper labelling and counselling as instructed by the pharmacist
- Supervise all sales and customer service activities in outlets and ensure the transaction is performed in the most appropriate manner
- Ensures the float money in the cash register is accurate (RM100) before and in-between shifts
- Continuously assisting the pharmacist in conducting training to team members on product knowledge, promotion and customer services
- Ensure the cold chain storage (if any) temperature is recorded on AM and PM shift (2-80C)
- Ensure the entire premise is always in a clean and tidy condition
- Promote good relationship and work environment in the workplace
- Instil necessary skills, knowledge and technique to the team members to improve customer engagement and sales revenue
- Work closely with the pharmacist to plan and execute sales activities and promotion while motivating team members to meet the monthly sales target
- Ensure promotion posters and media contents are always up to date and visible to the customers
- Ensure the poison cabinet are always closed and locked whenever pharmacist is not on duty

**Supervisor Pharmacy Requirements**
- Diploma in Pharmacy or GED.
- Proven experience assisting in a pharmacy.
- Detail-oriented and accurate.
- Trustworthy.
- The ability to work as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
