**What You’ll Do**
As the Fitness Manager, you’ll lead and elevate the Fitness Department’s performance with a strong focus on Personal Training growth and member retention. You’ll coach and inspire your team, manage schedules and commissions, and ensure a high-energy, performance-driven environment on the gym floor.

You’ll drive engagement through new member onboarding, retention initiatives, and fitness challenges that build a connected and motivated community. With a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership, you’ll monitor key metrics, set ambitious goals, and deliver exceptional results that enhance both business growth and member satisfaction.

**What You Bring**
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience in fitness, health, or performance management
- Proven success in driving PT revenue, team development, and member retention
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for people and performance
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field or equivalent fitness certifications
- Commercial mindset with strong understanding of sales performance and KPIs
- Energetic, driven, and committed to creating a premium fitness experience

**Compensation**
- Basic salary**:RM2,500 - RM3,500**:

- Performance-based commission**:up to RM6,000 monthly**

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
