**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Entry**: Accurately input data from invoices, payment vouchers, and stock checks into our company's database or system.
- **Communication**: Serve as a key point of contact for communication between management, outlet supervisors (PICs), and office peers. This includes relaying information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring smooth information flow.
- **Administrative Support**: Assist with general office duties, including filing, photocopying, and other clerical tasks as needed.
- **Reporting**: Assist in generating and compiling reports from data entered, highlighting key information or discrepancies.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in a data entry or administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and WhatsApp.**:
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- **Reporting skills are a plus.**
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
