Responsibilities for event supervisor

Work independently, and, at times, unsupervised
Provide excellent customer service to clients, customers, and employees
Responsible for conceptualizing events to fit the goals of the strategic mission of the institution
Acts as the first contact for all event related client services
Screens and sends calls to appropriate person for information or help
Works closely with clients in order to determine event details
Works with the rest of the Event team in order to plan and execute events per client and organizational need
