**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or service industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly motivated and target-driven, with a passion for helping students achieve their educational goals.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English languages is preferred.
- Knowledge of the Malaysian education system and study abroad procedures is an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing detailed information about our educational programs, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures to interested students and their families.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with potential students and their families to understand their educational needs and preferences.
- Following up with leads and inquiries to ensure a high conversion rate from inquiry to enrollment.
- Collaborating with other team members to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns to attract prospective students.
- Representing the company at educational fairs, exhibitions, and events to promote our programs and services.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Providing timely and accurate reports on sales activities, leads, and conversions to the management team.
