Arche Digital is a leading E-Commerce Enabler and Fulfillment Center in Malaysia that provides full service of E-Commerce supply chain activities from brand store management to order fulfillment. Our aims is to help businesses or brands to expand their business into e-commerce marketplaces, such as Tik Tok, Lazada, Shopee etc. Our clientele are retailers, manufacturers and brand owners.

**ABOUT THIS ROLE**

The Livestream Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing live-streaming activities across TikTok, Shopee and Lazada for our e-commerce platforms.

This role focuses on enhancing the live-streaming experience, driving audience engagement, and maximizing sales during live events. The specialist will work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement of live-stream operations.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Build up the Live Streaming team
- Develop and implement the live streaming strategy
- Manage Live Ecommerce production with team (From Pre
- Live to Post-Live)
- Manage Equipments (set up and test - Audio and Video)
- Manages Live Host (Schedule, Attendance, Training)
- Ensure the live stream adheres to technical standards and guidelines
- Ensure that the live stream is delivered to the correct destination platforms and that it meets their technical requirements
- Assist in product assortment strategies for each livestreams, and support in TikTok Shop, Shopee and Lazada media buying during the livestream sessions
- Working closely with marketing manager / director to prepare for daily livestream operations especially for ecommerce campaign days such as Payday, Double Digit days
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in live streaming technology and make recommendations for future improvements.
- Involved in affiliate marketing initiatives

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS**
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Live Streaming Team Lead or a related role.
- Strong understanding of live-streaming platforms, particularly TikTok, Shopee and Lazada with experience in managing live events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and external partners.

- Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin (preferred)

Working Hours : Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm or 10am - 7pm

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
