The Rebates and Channel Center of Excellence (COE) is an organization within SGnA WW Rev and Risk Management supporting our direct and indirect customer and distributors. Besides, Enterprise Business Planning EBP is a massive Intel wide effort creating more efficient systems and delivering critical business insight in real time. A critical component of this effort is Rebates and Channel Automation shifting from a manual excel based environment and into an automated best in class solution. As we work to drive Intel rebate structure towards automation, we need to develop content experts who will grow alongside our new system and our operations partners. The analyst will help scale and facilitate the rebates, close and reporting processes for global accounts, ensuring that we have the right controls on our rebates and DPA payments and accruals so that we can recognize revenue properly. The analyst will also cover end-to-end Channel distributors' reporting to ensure accurate sales out, DPA claim and inventory balances.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting and System Information or related field and 2+ years of related practical experiences - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin - Good communication and business partnership - Manage to meet critical deadlines - Good discipline, organization skills and strong action orientation Preferred Qualifications - System aptitude and experience with SAP or financial systems such as Power Bi - Business acumen and able to understand business process and interrelationship - Able to understand of risk management and controls - Project management and data analysis

**Working Model**:
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
