Contribute to the development of Marlborough College Malaysia’s strategy by generating ideas to encourage effective internal and external marketing to advertise and promote the College.
- Support the Head of Marketing and Communications to develop and implement a data-driven annual marketing plan to support agreed targets with specific actions, tactics and resources to effectively measure results.
- Meet with teaching staff on effective ways to promote their departments, including writing copy, editing and proof-reading website articles, parent and prospective parents’ newsletter articles.Proactively and regularly gather content, including articles, videos and photographs for internaland external marketing and communications.
- Produce written articles and press releases for external publications and media.
- Proactively seek and secure editorial coverage with local, national and international media in order to raise the profile of the College.
- In collaboration with the Director of Admissions and Marketing and the Head of Marketing, either in house or with external designers, draft content, edit and produce promotional material to showcase MCM, including but not limited to online and offline advertisements, prospectuses and brochures.
- Assist with the organisation and set up of Admissions and Marketing events, as required, to raise the profile of the College.
- Keep abreast of new content marketing techniques and trends to promote the school.
- Edit/proofread material produced by others at MCM.
- In collaboration with the Director of Admissions & Marketing and Head of Marketing and Communications, develop and execute advertising strategies to promote Marlborough College Malaysia locally, nationally, and internationally. Additionally, create campaigns across print, digital, and social media to drive attendance at global events and raise MCM’s visibility in key markets.
