Admin & Account Assistant

Assist in day-to-day admin & accounts functions
- Assist in handling monthly staff claims & director’s claims
- Assist in issue Invoice, D/O and customer payment follow-up
- Assist in some admin request work (eg: hotel/ flight booking, petrol, stationery & etc)
- Assist in monitoring company cars (eg: Roadtax, Insurance & etc)
- Maintain proper filling of account documents for record keeping
- Assist with any other related tasks as and when required by management
**Job Requirements**:
- Computer literacy & proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in AutoCount accounting systems will be added advantage
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to multi-task and work independently
