**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns for events and programs.
- Create engaging content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels.
- Support social media management, including posting, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.
- Help design marketing materials using tools like Canva (e.g., posters, flyers, digital graphics).
- Contribute to the preparation of sponsorship proposals and presentation decks.
- Coordinate basic logistics related to marketing support during events.
- Assist in maintaining media databases and updating website content.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Help with photography or video coverage of events (if applicable).
- Provide general administrative support to the marketing and events team.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Passionate about charity work, CSR, and community engagement.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram).
- Familiarity with simple design tools like Canva is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus).
- Responsible, organized, and eager to learn.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willing to assist during weekend/public holiday events if required.
