**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:

- Conduct inspections and quality audits of products, services, and processes to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and regulations.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to identify defects, deviations, and areas for improvement.
- Oversee the work of subcontractors and laborers involved in civil and structural construction, providing guidance and instructions to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct regular inspections of civil and structural workmanship, materials, and installations to ensure compliance with project requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate records of quality inspection results, non-conformances, and corrective actions.
- Participate in the development and review of quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
- Provide training and support to employees on quality assurance and quality control practices.
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics and trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conforming products to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to quality assurance and quality control.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Min 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Experience conducting inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
