1. Plan and execution of operational audit, compliance audit, internal control, risk management review.

2. To carry out audit planning in line with the risk assessments performed by the respective operating units including
(i) identifying key audit areas, risk areas, red flags and etc.
(ii) review/analyse data required for audit and prepare the appropriate analysis

3. Establish audit programs for key reviewed/audited areas.

4. To ensure that audits are carried out in accordance with the audit plan, adequate works are carried out in all key risk areas and are completed on a timely manner

5. Prepare Audit Report of the audit findings and recommendations. Ensure that quality Audit Reports are prepared ie. clear and concise and are free from basic grammatical, calculation and other fundamental errors

6. Ensure that highest audit quality standards and reporting are adhered and ensure compliance with internal audit quality standards

7. Provide value added audit to the operating units and be recognized as a business partner

8. Keep abreast with the industry best practices and industry knowledge, audit methodologies, risk management and corporate governance

9. Exhibit positive values and cultures including excellence culture, performance culture, accountability culture, quality culture, continuous improvement culture, knowledge building culture, training culture and etc

10. Report audit findings and any deficiencies identified to the Internal Audit Manager.

11. Provide advisory and consulting services to improve efficiency and effectiveness towards the business operation.

12. Assist and support superior on the task assigned

**Job Requirements**

2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in internal or external auditing preferably in Manufacturing environment is a plus but not a must.

3. Good command of English & Chinese, with strong analytical, report writing and communication skills

4. Relevant experience in the property development and property investment industry is preferred

5. Possess good auditing skills and must be able to demonstrate good understanding of the business and accounting processes of the aforementioned industries

6. Full-Time position(s) available.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
