**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the coordination of daily operations and workflow.
- Support inventory management and stock control processes.
- Work closely with vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams.
- Perform data entry, document control, and operations reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and SOP updates.
- Handle customer order tracking and assist in resolving operational issues.
- Participate in team meetings and present findings when required.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Familiar with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Forms).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
