**Basic Salary**:RM2,000

**Other allowance**: up to RM500 KPI allowance +RM400 night shift allowance (if applicable)

**Working days**:5 rotational working days, 2 days off

**Working hour**: rotational shift up to 3AM (9hrs per shift)

**Job Requirements**:

- Able to communicate in **English** and **Bahasa Malaysia**.
- SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on rotational shifts.
- Prior working experience in the call service industry will be an added advantage.
- Good problem solving skills and ability to perform under a high paced working environment.
- Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is satisfactory.
- Direct calls from customers to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Ensure positive attitude towards customers at all times.
- Possess strong understanding of company’s products.
- Keep records of customer interactions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,900.00 per month
