**POSITION OVERVIEW**

**RESPONSIBILITIES:

**1. Photography**:

- Plan, execute, and manage photoshoots for products, events, portraits, and marketing materials.
- Use artistic and technical skills to compose and capture high-quality images that align with the brand's visual identity.
- Edit and retouch photos to enhance their quality and maintain consistent branding standards.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of images for easy retrieval and future use.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest photography trends, techniques, and equipment to continuously improve the quality of work.

**2. Video Content Creation**:

- Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce engaging video content that aligns with the brand's objectives and target audience.
- Operate cameras, audio equipment, and lighting to capture high-quality video footage.
- Edit and post-produce videos to create compelling stories that resonate with viewers.
- Incorporate music, sound effects, graphics, and animations to enhance the video content.
- Ensure videos maintain brand consistency and adhere to the brand's visual guidelines.

**3. Content Strategy and Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand content requirements and objectives.
- Develop creative ideas and concepts for visual content that align with marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions and offer innovative solutions for visual storytelling.

**4. Equipment and Studio Management**:

- Maintain and organize photography and video equipment to ensure proper functioning and longevity.
- Oversee the setup and operation of the studio for photoshoots and video productions.
- Ensure all equipment and studio spaces are kept clean and tidy after use.

**5. Social Media and Online Presence**:

- Contribute to the brand's social media presence by providing visual content for posts and stories.
- Optimize visual content for different online platforms to maximize engagement and reach.

**6. Any ad hoc task/duty as and when required by the superior.**

**REQUIREMENT: -**
- Proven experience as a professional photographer and video content creator, with an impressive portfolio showcasing diverse photography styles and video projects.
- Proficiency in operating cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for both photography and videography.
- Advanced knowledge of photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory to create visually appealing content.
- Creativity and ability to conceptualize and execute unique and innovative visual ideas.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in photography and videography.
- Proficient in Chinese and English is additional advantages.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
