Job Summary

The Accounts Assistant should be detailed in key in data and preparing invoicing. Ensure delivery order and Invoice is issued accordingly. Assist in Payable and Receivable. Assist in other related jobs directed by Superior.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Follow processes to issue invoices to clients
- Collect Job Bags for Invoicing
- Collect signed delivery dockets from dispatch team
- File and maintain the complete job bags including signed docketsCheck
- material usage and close job in Prism
- Send daily job margin report
- Generate weekly customers report on hold
- Preparing report as and when required by Manager
- Assisting in Account Payable and Receivable collection

Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Accounting
- 3-5 years work experience in Finance department
- Detailed Oriented

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
