**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Handle full spectrum of office administration, including incoming calls, courier, office maintenance & supplies etc.
- Liaise with head office on payroll, finance & accounts matters.
- Assist with organisation of trainings.
- Able to work under pressure, willing to work outside normal office hours (if necessary) and possess positive attitude
- Perform other ad-hoc assignment and tasks as required by supervisor.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Required Languages: English, Malay, Chinese.
- Possess high degree of self-motivation, result-oriented and able to follow instructions.
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field.
