Production Technician

1. To support preventive maintenance work as scheduled, repairing work and special task assigned.
2. To assist in recording and report generating and maintaining.
3. To ensure all checklist been done accordingly.
4. To troubleshoot and attend to machine breakdowns.
5. To ensure that reports and records are done properly.
6. To feedback to Production Supervisor for any non-conformity encountered.
7. To ensure the Machine Operator follows SOP when changing mould.
8. To ensure safety when troubleshooting the machine.
9. To initiate machine inspection.
10. To ensure greasing according to schedule.
11. To check the machine operation and parameter setting periodically.
12. To understand the machine servicing manual.
13. To understand the spare parts manual book.
14. To issue work order when there is a need.
15. To ensure GMP implementation in place.
16. To ensure 5S implementation in place.
17. To ensure safety during troubleshooting.
18. To analysis record and data available.
19. To inspect the mould changing process done by MO before starting production.
20. To ensure mould cleaning follows schedules.
21. To ensure parameter has been recorded by the MO.
22. To ensure the cleanliness of the blowing line.
23. To ensure the cleanliness of the mould.
24. To lead a team of MO to ensure all activities done accordingly.

**Requirements**:
1. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
2. Minimum 3 years of working experience in Manufacturing
3. Able to commit work overtime during weekend, public holidays, and shift
4. Able to work at Taiping Perak.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
