We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Jersey / Medal Designer to join our team You will design personalized sportswear (jerseys) and medals/badges based on client needs, blending functionality with stunning aesthetics.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create unique designs for jerseys and medals, including patterns, colors, and materials.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and provide expert suggestions.
- Manage the design process from sketches to production-ready files.
- Stay updated on sportswear trends and competitor styles.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (3D modeling skills like Blender a plus).
- Knowledge of sportswear fabrics (e.g., polyester, spandex) and medal production (e.g., engraving, plating).
- Strong creativity and ability to translate concepts like “team spirit” into visuals.
- Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Diploma or above in design-related field; experience in sportswear or custom products preferred.
