**Job Title**: Warehouse Supervisor - Fresh Fruits & Vegetables

**Reporting To**: Operations Manager / Director

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a **Warehouse Supervisor** with experience in handling **perishable goods** and managing daily warehouse operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee and manage all **warehouse operations** related to **inbound and outbound stock movement** of fresh produce.
- Ensure all goods are received, stored, and dispatched **according to FIFO (First In, First Out)** standards.
- Monitor **product shelf life**, freshness, and quality, ensuring timely rotation and mínimal wastage.
- Conduct **daily and weekly inventory checks**, ensuring stock accuracy in the system.
- Supervise a team of warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Ensure proper **handling, storage, and temperature control** for all fresh fruits and vegetables.
- Coordinate closely with **purchasing, sales, and logistics teams** to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain **warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards** in compliance with company SOPs and local regulations.
- Prepare and submit **daily stock movement and inventory reports** to management.
- Lead and train warehouse staff on SOPs, safety procedures, and best handling practices.
- Any others task assigned by The Management Team.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **2-3 years of warehouse supervision experience**, preferably in the **fresh produce, F&B, or cold chain** industry.
- Strong understanding of **FIFO principles**, **product shelf life management**, and **temperature-controlled storage**.
- Hands-on experience in **inventory control and stock reporting systems**.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a **fast-paced and cold storage environment**.
- Physically fit and willing to be involved in warehouse operations.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Excel / inventory software).
