Mis Executive

**Responsibility**
- Responsible for all the technical support in the company.
- Ensure the normal day to day operations of servers, computers and other hardware / peripheral devices in office and branches
- Assist in installations, configurations, administration, upgrades and IT security maintenance for IT hardware, software and network infrastructure.
- Assist in implementing short-term and long-term information technology solutions that meet the needs of the organization
- Prepare activity reports upon investigation and diagnostic testing

**Requirement**
- 1. At least 2 years of professional IT experience.
- 2. Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or related.
- 3. Familiar with PC management, Synology (NAS), FortiGATE, Trend Micro, Infrastructure and Remote access

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (preferred)
