**Responsible for supervising, organizing and supporting the food production operation in their respective section.**
- Assists and oversees the commis chefs within the kitchen areas, such as the **hot kitchen, cold kitchen and pastry.**:
- To lead junior team and assist superior on managing Pastry & Bakery section on preparing the required food/items for the outlet based on reservation covers on daily forecast.
- Ensures the production of present menus and set ups are according to hotel standards.
- Coordinates and ensures a smooth operation in their respective sections.
- Trains and participates in training sessions and ensures an enjoyable working environment in their respective sections.
- Ensures a clean and hygienic operation in their respective sections at all time.
- To follow the principle of the Cost Reduction on a daily basis while performing within the workplace
- To perform any other tasks deemed necessary for the smooth operation of the organization
- **At least 5 year working experience in Hotel Kitchen Industries**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
