**Responsibilities**:
- To cook high standard hygiene and tasty food
- Cook Chinese cuisine
- Responsible for daily preparation of food and for the development and execution of existing and new dishes or dessert
- To ensure all dishes served at the correct portion, time, quality and temperature
- Responsible for replenishing stock
**Requirements**:
- Cert / Diploma in Culinary Art or Food & Beverage
- Relevant experience may apply
- Working experience in food &beverage / restaurant service is required
- Working experience in Chinese restaurant and Chinese cuisine preferred
- Required languages : English, and Bahasa Malaysia.**:
- Able to converse in Mandarin**will be advantages
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
