Key Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the Cybersecurity architecture and engineering teams
- Be the cybersecurity technology authority to projects with critical business impact and significant challenges in cyber-security
- Support and provide technical consultation to other business units and/or internal teams as required, for new projects, tenders, partnership, and business opportunities
- Implement division cybersecurity projects and work cross-functionally with other stakeholders to meet delivery milestones
- Develop, maintain, and review Digital Nasional Berhad's end to end cybersecurity architecture landscape (Enterprise IT, Network Security and Digital).
- Implement Design Practices related to cyber-security and mentor business units and/or internal teams on their use, contribute to implementation of standard cybersecurity controls
- Anticipate, apply, adapt and/or review technologies for current and future cybersecurity needs, in line with cybersecurity's plan, roadmap and threat landscape
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Key responsibility will be to lead the critical components of cyber security technology evolution for telco and enterprise IT architecture, and design engineering.
- This role requires collaboration with all level's enterprise IT and network delivery technical teams within Digital Nasional Berhad's ecosystem.
- Technology design authority for integrations of cybersecurity technology into operational environments and an advisor to highlight security requirements needed in the environment.
- Serves as a leader and advisor to the team to help drive priorities and lead the team of cybersecurity architects and engineers in delivering High Level Designs, Low Level Designs and Architectural decisions.
- Accountable for create, deliver, and maintain the Digital Nasional Berhad's Cybersecurity architecture roadmap for cybersecurity technologies used.

Key Requirements:
**Knowledge & Experience**:

- Minimum 12-15 years' experience in a cybersecurity role (must be architecture, design or engineering based)
- Minimum 10 years' experience on Cybersecurity architecture
- 5+ years Exposure to telecommunications industries
- Possess significant technical and conceptual knowledge and experience of security across a wide range of infrastructures and systems across networks, IT, digitisation, and enterprises
- Sound understanding of the latest threat landscape and technologies to mitigate these threats
- Consulting, negotiation, relationship skills and problem-solving skill
- Solution design, RFP management end to end and solution rollout.
**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
**Education / Professional Qualification**:

- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- CISSP or CISSP-ISSAP, TOGAF, SABSA, Open Group Certified Architect or Master Architect preferred
