As a Content Writer cum Digital Marketer, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing campaigns to generate leads, improve brand awareness, and maximize ROI. You will also create engaging content, manage social media accounts, and analyze the performance of our digital marketing efforts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute monthly editorial content for the brand.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts and generate engaging content.
- Generate and analyze reports on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
- Write content and blog articles with a focus on SEO best practices to enhance social media presence.
- Organize events and seminars for product launches.
- Manage and update the company’s websites while optimizing for SEO and SEM.
- Conduct market and keyword research to identify potential keywords for content optimization.
- Monitor website performance using SEO tools (Google Analytics and Search Console).
- Manage digital advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, XHS and TikTok Ads.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.
- Design posters and other marketing materials.
- Communicate effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a marketing executive.
- Thorough understanding of contemporary consumer trends.
- Excellent research and writing skills, particularly in marketing contexts.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and capacity development skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Respect for people and ideas.
- Proficiency in design tools and poster design.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Knowledge of AI tools and technologies in marketing is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
