Supply Chain PMO Lead

**Overview**:
**rhi** have been engaged to find an experienced **Supply Chain PMO lead** to develop and manage a portfolio-wide transformation program for our APAC BU.
- On offer is a 12 month + contract, immediate start and WFH options

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and manage a portfolio-wide delivery plan that reflects overall business themes and priorities
- Work closely with Project Managers & integrating project updates with timely accurate information to

facilitate consolidation of Aspac portfolio reporting
- Ensure timely and accurate representation of information in the strategic initiatives tracking to ensure

transparency of progress vs. targets and allow appropriate CVP oversight
- Manage Aspac transformation program interdependencies, ensuring effective and efficient

resolution of risks and issues
- Project initiation, scoping, data gathering, coordinate with key stake holder until define stage
- Detailed project plans underpinned with resource plans, execute in phase for all project which involve

market resource
- Defining and managing MOC (management of change) process if and when required
- Setting and tracking progress against project KPI’s
- Defining and tracking the project baseline financials during the project lifecycle
- Issue and risk management processes
- Status reporting and progress tracking
- Escalating issues and risks to relevant level of governance

**Qualifications**:

- Degree or equivalent education or experience required
- Qualification in Project Management Certification, APICS, Value stream mapping, Six Sigma -Lean,

Network optimization software certification would be an advantage**Additional**:
Have 5-10 years minimum relevant experience - Project management lead
- Must have large scall exposure to leading Supply chain change and transformation projects within APAC
- Experience in lubricants business would be an advantage
Able to challenge and influence across different levels - Note:No direct reports/sub ordiate
- Resilient and able to manage ambiguity and complexity
Rigour and attention to detail.
