**1. Administrative & Purchasing**
- Taking order and enquiry from warehouse & sales department
- To fill up Purchase Requisition Form - input quantity stock balance & monthly figure sales of the items - to get approval
- Issue Purchase Order once approved and send to the correspondence suppliers
- Update Purchase Order into excel pending listing (Summary order)
- Following up order status and to update warehouse & sales department
- To key in the receiving order items into excel pending order listing & SQL - ensure stock received is correct
- Comparing the cost price and research any products enquiry
- Do weekly inventory stock - checking quantity balance warehouse vs SQL
- Handling Export shipments (except for Corn Carnival, Bangladesh)

**2. Warehouse Management**
- Receiving: Overseeing the unloading of incoming shipments, verifying quantities, and checking for damage. Ensuring received items are stored correctly in their designated locations for easy picking.
- Storage & Organization: Maintaining an organized, safe, and efficient warehouse layout. This often involves managing a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Shipping: Coordinating the dispatch of goods to customers or other business locations.
- Inventory Accuracy: Conducting regular cycle counts and full physical inventories to ensure the digital stock records match the physical stock on hand.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforcing safety protocols and ensuring the warehouse complies with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
