**Educational Qualifications **:Associate’s degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school in an engineering-related field or equivalent experience in construction work

**Experience **:Minimum 5 years experience in a related field/Fresh graduate encourage to apply

**Responsibility**:
(a) Understanding of the general theoretical principles of the field’

(b) Helping engineers or scientists carry out research and development.

(c) Understanding of concrete mix design, including determining the appropriate proportions of cement, aggregates, water and admixtures.

(d) Understand concrete grade costing.

(e) Investigate and handle technical concrete issues.

(f) Building or setting up equipment and carry out experiments.

(g) Collecting data and calculating results.

(h) Working in quality control.

(i) Conduct analysis of concrete standard deviation and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality control and assurance.

(j) Product check, test running and data collection.

(k) Help to design and develop products in manufacturing.

(l) Maintain accurate documentation of all tests, analyses and reports.

(m) Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate findings and recommendations clearly.

**Skills / Ability**:
(a) Ability to read and analyzing.

(b) Interpreting blueprints, engineering periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures and government regulations.

(c) Understanding of concrete mix design principles.

(d) Familiarity with concrete grade costing and cost optimization.

(e) Ability to write reports and business correspondence.

(f) Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, contractors and employees of the organization.

(g) Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardization exists.

(h) Knowledge of technical concrete issues and the ability to investigate and propose solutions.

(i) Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

(j) Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry

(l) Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

(m) Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
