We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant to support our property management operations. This role involves assisting with daily administrative tasks, coordinating maintenance activities, and serving as a liaison between tenants, property owners, and service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily administrative duties, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Manage communication with tenants, addressing inquiries and coordinating maintenance requests.
- Assist in rent collection and monitor payment statuses.
- Schedule property inspections and maintenance activities.
- Maintain accurate records of lease agreements, tenant information, and property details.
- Prepare reports related to property occupancy, maintenance, and financials.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for property repairs and services.
- Support the property management team in various projects and initiatives
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in administrative roles; experience in property management is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
