QAqc Inspector

Tri-Wall (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is a specialist in fabricating heavy duty and custom design boxes and packaging. Material used is quality Triple A fluted fiber board and these Triwall boxes are just as durable as those made by plywood or wood.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Inspect incoming material, work in progress and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standard and specifications.

2. Conduct testing and analysis of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to verify compliance with established quality standards

3. Document and report all quality control findings, including nonconformities

4. Report any non-conforming found to QAQC Executive

5. Maintain accurate records and data related to quality control activities

6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality management system

7. To ensure the quality system and procedures are conducted and maintained in the production line.

8. Responsible to do in-house calibration

Requirement:

- Have at least 1 year experience in QA/QC
- Posses SPM or SKM certificate
