**Position Overview**

We are seeking a **tech-savvy and AI-curious IT Intern** who is eager to support and enhance our internal systems, digital tools, and MarTech platforms. This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of **Information Technology, Marketing, and Artificial Intelligence**.

As our business expands into AI-driven solutions, we especially welcome applicants with educational backgrounds in **Artificial Intelligence**, **Machine Learning**, or related IT fields.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and troubleshoot internal IT infrastructure (hardware, software, and networks).
- Assist with device setup, account creation, and software configuration for new team members (onboarding).
- Collaborate with marketing and web development teams on projects involving CMS, analytics, and CRM tools.
- Perform regular software updates and ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Support integrations between marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, Google Analytics) and CRM tools.
- Participate in automation/scripting initiatives to improve internal workflows.
- Assist in technical documentation (SOPs, user guides) for internal platforms and tools.
- Handle data management tasks such as cleaning, migration, and backups.
- [**AI-Related**] Support AI-based initiatives where applicable, such as integrating basic machine learning tools or exploring automation enhancements using AI.

**Requirements**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a **Diploma/Bachelor’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Artificial Intelligence** (or a closely related field).
- Basic understanding of networks, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and cloud-based tools.
- Exposure or interest in AI technologies or tools (e.g., Python libraries, machine learning concepts, AI APIs).
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, SQL, or API integrations is a plus.
- Passion to explore MarTech tools such as CRMs, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.

**Bonus Skills (Optional but Preferred)**
- Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, etc.)
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Zapier, Power BI
- Interest or exposure in UX/UI design, data visualization, or no-code/low-code platforms
- Participation in AI/ML-related academic projects, hackathons, or certifications

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 4 months

Pay: RM500.00 per month
