**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**

**PROJECT COORDINATOR**
- Assisting in preparing BQ based on SOR, taking off quantity, claim preparation, site valuation, variation orders, and final account.
- Assisting in surveying price material in the market and making comparisons.
- Assisting in preparing pre-construction document such as work programmed, MOS, HIRARC, Material approval form, PTW and other related doc.
- Assisting in liaising with stakeholders on specifications, needs, and request statements, information collection, and confirmation.
- To assist the Project Team, Management, and/or the Project Director in contractual and cost-related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.
- Supervising certain sites depending on the project and reporting daily if needed

**SITE SUPERVISOR**
- Review & understand construction drawings, specifications, and work programs.
- Monitor and coordinate daily work activities of workers and subcontractors
- Ensure tasks are carried out according to drawing plans, specifications, and schedule.
- Be present on-site to resolve small issues immediately.
- Enforce safety procedures (e.g., PPE use, fall protection), conduct daily toolbox talks or briefings.
- Check workmanship and materials against required standards.
- Report updates, delays, or issues to the project manager or client.
- Prepare site diary, daily, & weekly reports
- Ensure that necessary materials, tools, and equipment are available.
- Coordinate with suppliers and deliveries.

**QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum Diploma in related fields.
- At least 1 years of working experience in either ID/civil/M&E engineering and building works.
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office.
- Basic beginner skills in Microsoft Project and AutoCad.
- Experience in supervising Interior Renovation/Carpenter Works/Construction projects will be an added advantage.
- A team player with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Willingness to travel and work in outstations and posses _**own transport**_.

**IMPORTANT NOTE**:

- We provide outstation allowance, reimbursements for petrol, tolls, parking, and medical expenses.
- Notice Period: 1 - 2month maximum
- Permanent Position

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
