Admin Clerk Driver

Job Description:
- Record and monitor all matters pertaining to construction activities and progress of work.
- Prepare and update daily reports, verify progress reports, and attending to all site meetings
- Making copies of all incoming and outgoing documents and process documentation to be placed on file
- Submitting the documentation to relevant parties/service provider/stakeholder.
- Driving a car to transport JKR Officer to construction sites or office.
- Act in the best interest of the company and perform ADHOC activities in the area of work as requested by any managers
Job Requirement:
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in Business
- Seconded to JKR Bintulu, Sarawak (to be attached at JKR Office)
- Computer literacy (Word & Excel)
- Able to report for duty on January or 1 February 2025
Pay: Up to RM1,500.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- Overtime pay
**Experience**:
- admin: 1 year (preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)
Expected Start Date: 02/01/2025
