**Main Responsibilities**:

- **Graphic Design**: Create compelling visuals for marketing campaigns, advertisements, social media, and branding materials.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all design assets align with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
- **Marketing Collateral**: Develop print and digital assets such as brochures, banners, packaging, and promotional materials.
- **Social Media Content**: Design engaging static and motion graphics optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- **Creative Concept Development**: Work closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into impactful designs.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices to ensure fresh and innovative visuals.
- **Collaboration**: Support various departments with design needs, including internal presentations, event materials, and website visuals.
- **Video Editing (Advantageous)**: Assist with simple video editing or motion graphics if needed.

**KEY COMPETENCIES**

**Technical Competencies**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong skills in **graphic design and layout composition**.
- Basic knowledge of **motion graphics or video editing** (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is an advantage
- Familiarity with **social media design trends** and digital marketing best practices.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- **Diploma/Degree** in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Digital Media, or a related field.
- **1-3 years** of experience in graphic design.
- A strong **portfolio of design work** is required.
- Experience in **video editing or motion graphics** is a plus but not mandatory.
