**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform a variety of tasks involving physical labor at construction sites.
- Assist in loading and unloading building materials and equipment.
- Operate hand and power tools of all types, including air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment.
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
- Dig trenches, set braces to support the sides of excavations, erect scaffolding, and clean up rubble and debris.
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete and other materials.
- Follow construction plans and instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers.
- Measure and cut materials to specified dimensions.
- Assist in the installation of structures and fixtures, such as windows, doors, and frames.
- Perform minor repairs on existing structures.
