Peka dan faham dengan segala urusan berkaitan pengurusan tapak bina, kerja operasi, barang-barang dan peralatan kerja dan sentiasa berkomunikasi dengan ahli dan ketua kumpulan yang di pertanggungjawabkan. Membantu ahli dan ketua kumpulan memastikan setiap operasi dan tugasan dalam berkeadaan yang lancar, baik, bersistematik dan diselenggara dengan baik. Membantu meningkatkan kualiti kerja dan sistem dalam setiap operasi. Membantu membuat penilaian serta semakan tugas
- tugas sebelum, semasa dan selepas dilakukan untuk mengelakkan kesilapan dan sentiasa mematuhi apsek keselamatan yang diberikan. Bertanggungjawap kepada semua tugas yang telah diberikan setiap masa.
- Mempunyai kekuatan fizikal.
Sebuah syarikat bumiputera yang menjalankan kerja2 pemasangan sistem solar dan berkaitan sistem solar. Menuju ke arah sebuah syarikat yang berdaya saing dengan syarikat bumiputera lain atau syarikat bukan bumiputera dalam industri yang sama.
