**In this position you will
be playing an important role in supporting the Business Development and Key Account Managers by providing administrative and operational support to company’s business operations and work closely across multiple functions. You will have a front-row seat to experience how a high-growth organization works internally

**You will be responsible for
- Providing administrative support to the Business Development and Key Account Managers, including scheduling meetings, preparing business presentations for customer facing and managing business appointments
- Acting as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Assisting with data entry, reporting, and analysis to support business operations and
- Managing and maintain various databases and systems
- Assisting with the preparation and coordination of reports, and other business documents
- Supporting the coordination of projects and initiatives across multiple teams and departments Helping to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity

**You will require the following qualifications and skills
- University Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or strategy-based positions
- Demonstrated analytical skills, including quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive deep insights
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Highly flexible with strong aptitude and attitude towards willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Highly proficiency in Microsoft suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and other optimization tools
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
