Our manufacturing plant is situated in Batu Pahat, Johor. As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Representative to join our team.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving market development efforts and exploring new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and target new market segments, develop strategies to penetrate these markets, and establish relationships with key stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and prioritize target market segments for expansion.
- Conduct market research to assess potential opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions to meet the needs of new market segments.
- Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on market development and exploration.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
